Our Community
We are a 55+ community with 150 units conveniently located near the intersection of Beneva and Bee Ridge Road. Our residents enjoy the convenience of living so close to everything - we are walking distance to shopping, dining and banking. Our clubhouse hosts several events each month including bingo and a bridge club.

Our 55+ Community caters to our active senior population. Amenities offered include a heated pool, pickleball court, a shuffleboard court, a library, billiards and exercise rooms, and a community gathering center that hosts a variety of weekly and monthly social events throughout the year.
