NOTICE TO ALL VILLAGE PLAZA OWNERS REGARDING QUARTERLY FEES — All quarterly fees should now be sent to Community Financials.  Click here for the Welcome Letter that explains the various ways you can pay and how to set up your account in their SmartWebs portal.  If you have problems with your payment, please reach out to their customer service department:

For help registering for the SmartWebs portal, accounting questions or how to pay please email support@communityfinancials.com or call 833-266-3646 option 1. Please note their customer service hours are 9am – 9pm EST Monday – Friday. They also have Spanish assistance available at extension 728.

  • February 1, 2025  Monk’s Golf Outing – 10:00 a.m. sign up in lobby $10 for lunch + green fees
  • February 1, 2025  Coffee Hour and Social Committee cancelled due to golf outing
  • February 9, 2025  Super Bowl Party – Sign up in lobby – Snack to pass

  • March 30, 2025   Outdoor Entertainment/Street Party  – BBQ 3-5pm $7 (hamburger, hot dog, potato salad & chips).  Entertainment only 5-8pm $5 charge ($7+$5=$12 for both)

  • April 20, 2025  Easter Brunch 11:00 a.m.  $7 charge and sign up in lobby

 

Weekly Events 

WEDNESDAY:  1 P.M.  Weekly Workshop Meetings

Every Wednesday afternoon (except the 3rd Wednesday when a Board Meeting is scheduled for that evening), individual staff and board members will report on any important activities for the week to our President and any owners wishing to attend.  No voting or board decisions will be made at these sessions.

Homeowners are encouraged to attend — especially if they want an update on a work order or want to follow up on an architectural or landscaping change request.

First Friday of the Month – 1:00 p.m. – Good Reads Book Discussion

First Saturday of the Month – 9 a.m. – Coffee hour social

First Saturday of the Month – 10 a.m. – Social committee meeting

Second Saturday of the Month – 6 p.m. – Trivia and Pizza – bring $8 at the door to cover pizza, salad, non-alcoholic drinks, and prizes (BYOB).  Must sign up (or cancel) by 2:00 p.m. Saturday so we order the correct amount of food.

Community Herb Garden   

Located at the pump house which is behind condo section one and at the end of Naranja Way where it dead ends.   Open to the community.

Cards for Our Neighbors

If you know of anyone who needs a card of sympathy, cheer, good wishes or some encouragement, please contact Sue Eslinger by phone or text at 941-855-0309.  Sue will make sure that person receives a card of cheer from our community.  Click here for a printable flyer.

 

Village Plaza Forms Click on link for all forms, including a Forms for rental of the clubhouse.  These are also located on the counter in the Clubhouse main lobby. There is a deposit and fees involved .  Maintenance request forms and a variety of HOA required requests are also available for you to complete. They can be put in the mail slot of the main office.
