NOTICE TO ALL VILLAGE PLAZA OWNERS REGARDING QUARTERLY FEES —
All quarterly fees should now be set for autopay on the SmartWebs portal or sent to Community Financials’ Miami PO Box. YOU HAVE A SEPARATE LOGIN AND PASSWORD FOR the SmartWebs portal (www.smartwebs.com).
SINCE THE QUARTERLY FEES HAVE CHANGED AS OF JULY 1, 2025, PLEASE BE SURE YOUR AUTOPAY OPTION ON THE PORTAL IS SET UP FOR THE NEW QUARERLY FEE. (If you haven’t already set up autopay, you will need to log into SmartWebs, confirm your banking info, and set the correct fee amount. To set up quarterly payments, pick the MONTHLY OPTION, then pick EVERY 3 MONTHS.)

Sunday October 12 – Italian Potluck – 5:00 pm
- $8 per person, prepaid. Please sign up by October 8, 2025 so we know how many people to expect.

Weekly Events
WEDNESDAY: 1 P.M. Weekly Workshop Meetings
Every Wednesday afternoon (except the 3rd Wednesday when a Board Meeting is scheduled for that evening), individual staff and board members will report on any important activities for the week to our President and any owners wishing to attend. No voting or board decisions will be made at these sessions.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend — especially if they want an update on a work order or want to follow up on an architectural or landscaping change request.

- Third Wednesday of the Month – 6:00 p.m. Board Meeting (unless otherwise announced by the Board)
- First Friday of the Month – 1:00 p.m. – Good Reads Book Discussion (cancelled for September and October)
- First Saturday of the Month – 9 a.m. – Coffee hour social
- First Saturday of the Month – 10 a.m. – Social committee meeting
- Second Saturday of the Month – 6 p.m. – Trivia and Pizza – bring $8 at the door to cover pizza, salad, non-alcoholic drinks, and prizes (BYOB). Must sign up (or cancel) by 2:00 p.m. Saturday so we order the correct amount of food.
